McDonalds Healthiest Fast Food Options

McDonalds is the giant of fast food and many consider them and make their "Supersize" ways for most of the current obesity epidemic is responsible. For years, McDonald has his food with salt, corn syrup and fructose rich in trans fatty acids. But they began to change their habits?

Egg McMuffin: 300 calories, 12 g fat, 5 g sat fat, sodium 820mg (not healthy for the usual pattern, but by far his breakfast sandwich)

Conclusion: McDonalds is not even 1% skim milk, chocolate, apple and orange juice and fat-free milk for cappuccino and options. Together they have taken steps to offer healthier options on their menus, but we still have much to do.
