Sometimes, we end up in a situation where fast food – despite never exactly being the healthiest option – is the only option! If you are on the road a lot, or if it makes more sense for the job you work to eat fast food rather than packing a lunch, you might sometimes have no choice but to eat fast food. When you go to Panera, you can get anything from soups to salads to sandwiches – all of which have many healthy options available. But when you go to Panera, be on guard – there are also plenty of unhealthy options on display in the cases at the counter, and these can be quite tempting!

Whenever you can pack a lunch, that is what you should do; but at those times when you cannot pack a lunch, you should go with one of these options.
